Fall brings cooler desert mornings, and with them a wonderful chance for fellowship. On Saturday, November 14, St. John's is opening the lot for Market on the Lot, a neighborhood market where our church family and our neighbors can shop, sell, and support one another.
This is a true team effort. St. John's Closet, Intergenerational Ministri, nd the Communications Ministry are joining forces, and we're hoping other ministries will join us too. We plan to hold the market twice a year, in fall and spring, so this first one is our chance to get it right together.Three ways to be part of it
🚗 Sell. Do you craft, collect, or have a garage that needs a little clearing out? Reserve a parking space for $20, then set up a table or simply open your trunk. Everything you sell is yours to keep. 🌱 Bring a young maker. We're hosting a Youth Makers Market for neighborhood young entrepreneurs. If you have a child, grandchild, or teen who bakes, builds, crafts, or creates, this is a place for them to shine and learn what it takes to run a small business. Give a young maker a place to shine for just $
🙌 Volunteer. Help with setup, teardown,and day-of operations, and we'd welcome more hands for greeting guests, directing parking, and cleanup. It's a joyful way to work alongside parishioners of every age.
🛍️ Shop. Come early, bring friends, and take home a treasure. Stop by St. John's Closet too, which is holding a clearance sale that morning. Make a morning of it!

The best invitation is a personal one. Tell your neighbors, invite friends you'd love to see at St. John's, share our posts on Facebook and Instagram, and take a postcard to hand out. If you've sold or volunteered with us before, we'd love to have you back.
